Winding Machine ————–Finished Jute Yarn
This is the Process flowchart of Jute Manufacturing Technology that is currently being used in Textile Jute Mills. Here is a little description of every process steps of this Jute yarn manufacturing flowchart.
Jute Selection: At first Jute is to be selected as per Batch Requirements. Suppose; you have to produce a high quality jute product; then you must have to use higher quality of Jute to produce. Jute is collected in raw form and then it is converted to a morah for using it in the manufacturing process conveniently.
Emulsion Plant & Softener: Emulsion plant is arranged to make this loose jute more soften and flexible. During processing jute in Softener Machine Emulsifier, Jute Batching Oil and sufficient water is used to make the jute fiber easily processed at the next step.
Piling: After processing jute in Softener and Spreader Machine Loose Jute and Roll Formed Jute is to be piled for conditioning. Conditioning make the jutes more soften and flexible.
Breaker Card: Piled Jute is set to Breaker Card for being carded. In this process the Breaker Card roll is produced. During this process jute is uniformed and all the adjacent dirt and dust is removed.
Finisher Card: After getting Jute in roll form from the Breaker Card Machine its the time to polish the roll in more uniform way at the Finisher Card machine. Here the final product is Finisher roll.
1st Drawing: Almost 12 breaker roll is fed in this machine to produce 1st drawn sliver. Sliver is more uniformed version of Jute roll and here drawing, individualizing is occurred.
2nd Drawing: 2nd Drawing machine produce more finer sliver than the first drawing.
3rd Drawing: 3rd drawing is also called as Finisher Drawing and here the main sliver is produced to manufacture jute yarn. This is a very important process of this whole flowchart diagram.
Jute Spinning Frame: Spinning frame is used to make Jute Yarn and there are two types Jute Yarn Manufacturing m/c is used in this flowchart process named as Slip Draft Spinning & Apron Draft Spinning.
Winding Machine: Winding machine is used to wound the Jute Yarn into various roll and cop form. Cop from Jute is used to put into the shuttle as weft yarn and Roll is used in Beam to serve as warp yarn.

The Origin of Jute Has Been Discovered By Bangladeshi Researchers

The Genome Sequence of Jute or DNA or Blue Print of Jute has been discovered by some young researchers of Bangladesh. Some students of Bio Chemistry and Bio-technology of Dhaka University along with Data Soft has been discovered the origin of Jute Fiber. The whole research process was under Dr. Maksudul Alam.
The main advantages of discovering the origin of Jute Fiber are- from now it is possible to produce finer jute yarn. In the near future we can hope that, by using the Jute Fiber; various cloths & dresses can be made. If it becomes possible to make clothes from Jute fiber; the environment of our world will be highly benefited, as Jute Fiber is a biodegradable fiber.
We can expect the versatile uses and benefits of Jute Fiber now. Thanks to the scientist who were involved with this fabulous invention.
As we know the Origin of Jute Fiber now; its possible to develop higher classed Jute which will be auto insects protector. Insects are the main enemy of Jute. If insects can be protected at the time of Jute growing; we will definitely get better jute fiber for our textile industry.
This is the first time Bangladesh has completed a successful research on any Textile Related fibers. If the research on Jute that already has been achieved is continued; we can hope, jute fiber can be harvested in the whole season with various new specis, new colors, enhanced heights, and brighter fibers. Because, it’s possible to snatch the idea of generating whole seasonal seeds from the existing jute seeds as we know now how Jute is produced.
If jute fiber is properly developed; it can be great bio-degradable natural fibers in textile world.

General Concept About Jute Spinning Process || Batching To Winding

Jute fiber is the golden fiber. This fiber is used for manufacturing different types of environment friendly products. Day by day the demands of jute goods are increasing rapidly. Lots of jute mills are established to satisfy the present requirement of jute goods. So, one should have the knowledge about the processing line up of jute products manufacturing.

Two types of jute mills are generally established, one types produces yarn only and others manufacturing both yarn and finished goods (Hessian, Sacking or CBC). Here I like to give concept about spinning unit which is started from batching unit to winding unit.

Spinning division is divided into following:

  • Batching

  • Carding

  • Drawing

  • Spinning

  • Winding

Batching: Batching is the first section of spinning division. Raw jute is entered in this section which is processed here by the help of softener or spreader machine. Emulsion is applied on jute by this machine. This emulsion is the combination of JBO, Water and Emulsifier. Then, jute fiber is placed for pilling.

Purpose of batch section:

  1. To produce qualified yarn.

  2. To control the batch value.

Carding: Carding is the second section of jute spinning. In the mill, drawing and carding section is combindly called as preparing section. Carding is called the heart of spinning. Main objects of carding are to produce straight and parallel fiber, to remove dust and small fiber.

Two types of carding machines are used. They are-

  1. Breaker card: Breaker card is used to produce sliver roll to facilities next process. Long jute is feed in the feeding side of the breaker card. In breaker card, 32 lbs are feed within 1 clock length.

  2. Finisher card: finisher card is used to make more parallel the fibers. It is used to select a batch for produce selected count. Two types of finisher card are available. One is half circular another is full circular machine.

Draw frame: Draw frame is used to reduce weight in per unit length. By using drawing roller, length of finisher roll sliver is elongated. The setting of drawing unit is varying for CBC, Hessian and Sacking unit. Normally, 1st drawing, 2nd drawing and 3rd drawing are used for CBC and Hessian. On the other hand, 1st drawing and finisher drawing is used for Sacking Weft unit.

Spinning: Spinning frame is used to produce yarn from drawn sliver. Sliver is feed to drafting zone and twisting is done by the flyer. Twisted yarn is worned on the bobbin. Generally, two types of draft is use-

  1. Apron draft

  2. Slip draft

Warp spinning frame (4.25”) contains 100 spindles (CBC, Hessian warp & weft and Sacking Warp). 5.25” spinning frame is used for sacking weft side, which contains 80 spindles.

Different count yarn is produced in the spinning frame. Follings are the range of yarn count:

3.5-6 lbs/spyndle is for fine yarn.

6.5-8.5 lbs/spyndle is for CBC yarn.

7-9 lbs/spyndle is for hessian warp yarn.

7-12 lbs/spyndle is for hessian weft yarn.

8-10 lbs/spyndle is for sacking warp yarn.

20-40 lbs/spyndle is for sacking weft yarn.

Winding: Winding is the last section of jute spinning. Two types of winding is use, they are-

  1. Cop Winding (produce weft yarn)

  2. Spool or roll winding (produce warp yarn).

After winding section, twin yarn is produced. Spool and cop are delivered into weaving section to produce finished jute goods.

So, that’s the short concept about jute spinning.

Jute Sector || Present Situation And Its Difficulties

Jute is a natural fiber. It is the most common natural fiber which is biologically and geologically friendly for the earth. In the present circumstances, the demand of jute fiber and its goods are remarkable. When this world become the victim of synthetic goods and its bed affect on the people that’s time the ecologist suggest using nature fiber and its goods.

In the world market, the demand of jute goods is huge but in the recent time, it is noticed that, most of the jute products manufacturing countries faces difficulties to sell their jute products in the world market. For this reason, the manufacturers are discouraged to continue to manufacture the jute goods. Most of the specialist said that, this situation is created for the unrest of the world situation.

What will happen if this type of situation is continue? Simple answer is that, it will affect the whole system of jute market.

Firstly, the cultivator (farmer) will not get the desired rate of the jute. As a result, cultivation of jute will be reduced.

Secondly, if the farmers deduced the jute cultivation, the manufactures will close their jute product manufacturing mills for the lackness of the raw jute. If manufacturers cannot get enough raw jute they will not be able to run their mill.

Thirdly, if the manufacturers close their factory, lots of people will be jobless which will create an unstable situation in the society.

Fourthly, different types of business man will be hope less.

Fifthly, the world will be fall in crisis of natural jute goods product. It will be harmful for the environment.

So, the world leader should make meaning full policy to protect the natural jute fiber. If the farmer happy, we will be happy.

Application Of Jute Fiber || List Of Jute Products

Jute is a natural cellulosic fiber. It is fully different from other textile fiber but it is near similar to flax plant. The jute fiber is come from jute plant. This fiber length is 0.2 to 30 inch. It is hard and it needs to soften before make yarn from this fiber. Its spinning process is also different from other spinning process.

The jute yarn which is come from spinning process it has variety types of application. Jute is completely safe for the environment for this reason the world’s peoples want to use jute goods in their everyday life. Although, jute goods are cheaper than other textile products.

Uses Of Jute Fiber: Jute yarn is used to produce various types of decorative jute goods. The finer qualities of jute are made into curtains and furnishing fabrics. Jute can be mixed with wool for fine yarn and fabric production.

Familiar uses of jute include the followings:

  1. Sacks

  2. Bags

  3. Bailing and bundle cloths

  4. Wrapping

  5. Bedding foundation

  6. Boot and shoe linings

  7. Tailors back packing

  26. Strings of all types

  27. ETC

Jute is now mixed with cotton fiber that is called jutex technology. By this process various types of course fabric is made which is cheaper than completely cotton made fabrics. Raw green jute is also used for making paper.

There are a lots of application scope. Day by day, various researches are going on jute.

So, use jute products and save the environment.

Jute Fabric Printing With Basic Dyes | Eco Friendly Jute Products

Jute is a natural bast fiber. Jute fiber is spun for producing jute yarn. Various types of jute fabrics are made from jute yarn. We know that, jute fabric is classified as Sacking, Hessian and C.B.C. Jute fabrics are courser than cotton or other fabrics. For this reason it’s using are not so wide as compared to cotton or other fabrics. For this reason different types of attributes are added with jute fabric for make it user friendly. Now a day’s jute dyeing and jute printing becomes popular to the manufacturer.

The printed jute product which is presented here, it is produced in Star Jute Mills Limited which is an enterprise of Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation. They also produced all types of Sacking and Hessian jute products which maintain international quality standard.

Jute printing is the process of producing different types of attractive design to the jute fabric. I have described about the printing classification. Among the entire printing process block printing is popular for jute fabric printing.

Materials for jute fabric printing: During jute fabric printing following materials are used.

  • Basic dyes

  • Acetic acid

  • Starch

  • Water

  • Block

  • Soft surface

  • Jute fabric

We know that; basic dyes are usually hydro-chloride or salts of organic bases. Basic dyes are insoluble in water but it can be soluble in alcohol or methylated spirit. Its fastness properties are average to good. This is cheap in price and available in the market.

Jute fabrics are print by the basic dyes. Basic dyes printing are carried out in acidic medium. Jute printing can be run by the following recipe:

Basic dyes                               : 30gm/kg

Acetic acid                              : 50gm/kg

Thickeners (Starch 10%)            : 700gm/kg

Water (+,-)                              : 220gm/kg

This recipe is a sample recipe but this amount could be changed. Anyhow, this recipe is calculated for making 1kg print paste.

Sequence of application: Basic dyes printing is carried out as the following sequence.

Fabric pre-treatment

↓

Printing (Block)

↓

Steaming

↓

Drying

↓

After treatment

This is the basic process flow chart of jute printing with basic dyes. During printing process different caution is follow for avoiding printing faults. Before starting printing we should make a printing paste with standard recipe. Block should place in the right place. For a multiple color printing we have to print one by one by specific block. Printing place should be soft. After printing; steaming should be for fixing the dyes uniformly. Stemming also increase the stability of the printing paste. Drying is must after printing. Sometimes after treatment is carried out.

So, print your jute product with basic dyes and make different types of attractive design to attract the buyer.

Flow Chat of Jute Products Manufacturing || Spinning To Finishing

Jute fiber is a natural bast fiber. It is harder than other textile fibers. Its spinning process is different from others spinning.

Jute is a natural fiber. It is environment friendly. Due to its worldwide demand different country manufacture jute goods. Jute goods produce by a line of sequence. Its manufacturing process is completely different from cotton. By the following way jute goods are produced:

This is the common flow chart. Some additional steps can be added with it by depending on buyer requirement. It can be changed with respect to count of yarn but it is the principle of jute goods manufacturing process. It also depends on type of product like that CBC, Hessian or Sacking. We know that CBC is produced by fine yarn, Hessian is also produced by fine yarn but this yarn is slightly courser than CBC and Sacking is produced by courser yarn than previous two.

Any how our main object is to produce quality product. So we should research to improve the process.

How to Improve Productivity || Reduction of Process Loss in Jute Mills

In this present age every man wants to get most benefit from his investment. For this reason they are interested to get maximum output from low input. To ensure that one should be careful before start a project. One should be calculative in every steps of investment. Poor management could be harmful. So management should be strong. Skilled personnel are needed for that. Man, Machine, Money Should available. I represents some suggestions to improve the productivity of jute mills as well as textile sectors and others industry.

Way to improve productivity in jute mills:

  • Standard moisture content in jute should be ensured.

  • Moisture content and correct weightiest of jute received in jute mills should be properly recorded in the register meant for the purpose under attention by the competent officers on jute and batching department.

  • Process stock taking should be done by carefully in terms on last Friday of every month in accordance with the guide line enclosed. They should be composed of -

  1. Project Head

  2. Accounts Head

  3. Production Manager

  4. Deputy Manager

  5. Concern Department

  • Quantity of jute received in batching department should ensure.

  • Regular checking on the procurement and issue of actual quality of Jute Batching Oil (J.B.O) by competent personnel is must.

  • Preparation and application of emulsion on jute should be properly.

  • Jute should be conditioned properly in the batching department. Even cut jute should be conditioned at least of 24 hours.

  • Correct grade and quality of jute should be received in the jute department.

  • Maintenance department must ensure proper setting and gauging of different rollers of carding machine.

  • Proper carding ratio for different qualities of yarn should be regularly checked and maintain.

  • The surface of the tin cylinder should be uniform and smooth.

  • Standard twist for respective yarn should be maintained and excessive twist should avoid.

  • Thread wastage should be minimized and bring down to standard as per guide line.

  • Starch ingredient should be checked. Over drying and under drying in sizing should be avoided.

  • Weaving and finishing department should ensure the application of water in dry beaming and damping.

  • Recovery of the caddis from dust must be ensured and only actual dust should be thrown out after proper weightiest and entry into the register.

  • Standard packing of finished goods must be ensured. In dry case it should never exceed 0.5 to 1% and standard for Hessian, Sacking C.B.C respectively.

  • Representation of jute and batching department responsible for checking issue and receipt of raw jute should be placed frequently.

At last, the main factors to improve productivity through optimum utilization of the inputs may be listed as:

a)      Human resource which requires careful handling for optimum output.

b)      Control of input materials in terms of quality, quantity and cost.

c)      Overall calculation is needed to reduce losses in the industry.

So, we can implement above factors in our practical life. I am sure production process loss will reduce and productivity will improve. One will reach his/her goal.

Physical & Chemical Properties of Jute | Identity of Jute Fiber

The fibers that come from the inner bark of the plants are known as bast fiber. Jute is a bast fiber. Different types of natural and man-made fibers are available in the world. So it is essential to know the properties of fibers. Without that it is not possible to separate one fiber from others. Every fiber has its own properties.

Jute is a natural fiber. It has some physical and chemical properties. Following properties are the properties of jute.

  • Physical Properties:

  1. Ultimate length: 1.5 – 4 mm

  2. Ultimate diameter: 0.015 – 0.020 mm

  3. No. of ultimate in X-section: 6 – 10

  4. Fibers length: 5 – 12 ft.

  5. Color: White, Off White, Yellow, Brown, Grey, Golden

  6. Strength (Tenacity): 3 – 4 gm/den

  7. Elongation: 1.7% at the break

  8. Specific Gravity: 1.5

  9. Moisture Regain(MR%): 13.75%

  10. Resiliency: Bad

  11. Dimensional Stability: Good

  12. Abrasion Resistance: Average

  13. Effect of Light and Heat: Average

  14. Effect of Micro Organism: Good(better than Cotton)

  • Chemical Properties:

  1. Effect of Acids: Easily damaged by hot dilute Acids and conc. cold Acid.

  2. Effect of Alkalis: Fibers are damaged by strong alkali. Fibers losses weight when it heated with caustic soda.

  3. Effect of Bleaches: Resistant to bleaching agents (Bleaching agent, H2O2, NaOcl, Naclo2, Na2O2, CH3COOH, KMnO4, etc.)

  4. Effect of Light: Color changes slightly in presence of sun light. It happens due to presence of lignin in fiber.

  5. Effect of Mildew: Prevention ability is better than Cotton and Linen.

  6. Dyeing ability: Easy to dyeing. Basic dye is used to color jute fiber.

Mainly Jute fibers are composed of cellulose, hemi-cellulose and lignin. It is harder than cotton or other fibers. It is for the presence of lignin in its structure. Emulsion is used to make it soft for spinning. It is weaker than other fibers. Its extension ability is less than other natural fibers.

The physical and chemical properties of jute can vary depending on region. Atmospheric condition and temperature has a great effect on the properties of jute. Properties of seeds also have effect on the properties of jute. Recently different types of changes are brought in the properties of jute seeds. Recently genome sequence of jute is invented by a Scientist. So in future we will get such types of jute which is better than present one.

Different types of machineries and chemicals are used to evaluate properties of jute. So, now it will be easy to find out jute from others fiber.

Jute Fiber | Golden Fiber Of Bangladesh

Golden color is favorite to most of the peoples. I also like golden color. Also you may hear about the pride of Bangladesh which is named golden fibers. Yes I say about jute, which is so called.

Once upon a time it was the principle exporting goods of Bangladesh, most of foreign currency was earned from this sector before liberation, and it was sold as raw and finished goods. Not only it's golden color but also its currency earning gives it's so name. The environment of Bangladesh is suitable for cultivating it. Bangladeshi farmer cultivated jute with happiness but what is the present situation?

After liberation war of Bangladesh this sector starts to lose its past position. Day by day it was denied from different government. Different government took different policy for which this sector becomes unstable. For the lack of good policy it is now in such worst position.

A good governmental policy can bring this sector in its glorious position. I hope all the political party will give emphasis on this sector when they elected by the vote of peoples.

We know that jute is a natural fiber for this reason it is not harmful like others synthetic fiber for the environment. Once time peoples have been used jute goods for their daily uses. But when synthetic goods come to the people’s hand, they started to use it instead of natural fiber made goods.

Different jute goods are available in the market such as bag, sack, cvc etc. Also different types of Geo textiles are made by this jute. In China, they blend jute with cotton fiber to produce yarn which is used 4 making different cloth which is chief in price. I will discuss about this in my next blog.

Jute product is produce in jute mills. Two types of jute mill is available one is called twine mills which produce only yarn and export it other one is called jute composite mills where both yarn and finished goods are produce.

In here most of the jute mills are powered by private sector. There is a government corporation called Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC). There are about 18 jute mills which are now running by BJMC. Millions people is involved with this sector. So government should consider it before take any harmful decision. I will elaborate it in my next post.

However, this sector has a great future.

Diversified Jute Products || List of Jute Mills of India and Bangladesh

Jute products demand increase day by day. Different types of development and improvement of jute goods are done by different research institute. In India, Bangladesh, China and other jute growing countries are trying to improve the present jute goods quality. A team of scientist of BJRI is trying best to improve this. They have already got some achievements.

Different types of research work are done by them. They are trying to improve the product quality as well as environment. In Bangladesh, environment is polluted extremely for using plastic bag and plastic products extensively. For that government of Bangladesh is trying to improve the environment by increasing the uses of jute goods.

Count of Yarn | | Measurement of Fineness of Yarn

Count of yarn is important to produce specific quality of yarn. Generally when we get a finish product order we have to calculate the count of yarn. To give specific count of yarn is the pre condition of a producer. It also shows the ability of a producer. So it has a great importance in production. Let we know about yarn count and its application in production.

Yarn Count: The yarn count is a numerical expression which defines its fineness or coarseness. It also expresses weather the yarn is thick or thin. A definition of yarn is given by textile institute “Count is a number indicating the mass per unit length or the length per unit mass of yarn”.

Yarn count can be measured by two ways:

  1. Direct System (weight/length)

  2. Indirect system (length/weight)

Direct System: In this system the yarn count express the number of weight unit in one length unit. Thus higher the count, coarser the yarn. This method is used for express the count of man-made fiber, jute, Silk etc. By the following formula count is measured.

N = (W/l) / (L/w)

Where,

N  = The Yarn count

W = The weight of sample

L  = The length of sample

l   = The unit of length

w  = The unit of weight

Tex, Denier, Pounds per spindle is the unit which is expressed in direct system.

  1. Tex: The yarn number or count in the Tex system is the weight in grams of 1000m or 1 km of yarn.

  1. Denier: The yarn count in the denier system is the weight in grams of 9000m or 9 km of yarn.

  1. Pounds per Spyndle: The yarn count in pounds per spindle is the weight in pounds of 14,400yards of yarn. Jute count is expressed by this system.

Indirect System: In this system the yarn count express the number of length in one weight unit. Thus higher the count, finer the yarn. By the following formula yarn count is expressed in indirect system.

N = (L/w) / (W/l)

English count, Metric count, Worsted are expressed in indirect system.

  1. English: It is defined as the number of hanks (840 yards) per pounds. It is denoted by Ne.

  1. Metric: It is defined as the number of hanks (1000 m) per kg. It is defined by Nm.

  1. Worsted: It is defined as the number of hanks (560 yards) per pounds.

Anyhow, conversion is possible between two systems.

Now I will discuss about jute count, which is expressed in pounds per spindle. In this system 14,400 yards = 1 Spyndle. If we found 9 pounds in 1 spyndle than its count will be 9. In this system higher the yarn count coarser the yarn.

Jute count can be calculated by another two ways:

  • Tex method: Number of grams in 1000 m is that’s count. Say if we found 70 grams in 1000 m then its count is 70. Tex can be converted into Pounds per spindle or Pounds per spindle can be converted into Tex by the following way.

i.      Tex/34.45 = Pounds/Spyndle

ii.      Or, Pounds/Spyndle*34.45 = Tex

  • : In this method jute count can be calculated. Here 300 yards is equal to 1 Lea. Number of Lea in one pound is recommended its count. It is expressed in following ways:

Lea Count            = 48/ (Pounds/Spyndle)

Yarn count is measured by different instrument I will try to discuss about different count testing instruments in my next post. Count is an important part of Quality control department. So we should have brief knowledge about count of yarn.

What is the Reasons Behind Low Production | Regarding Jute Mills

Jute products manufacturing business is one of the profitable business all over the world. If anyone have not enough idea about this business then he should not engaged with this business. Every time we should remember that better plan and knowledge can bring success of life.

We want to get more benefits from a project, but sometimes we can’t get that’s achievement. We should know the properties of jute fiber.  Different reasons are responsible for it. Now I will refer you some reasons for which most of the jute mills can't reach its goal of production:

  • Buying of raw jute not in perfect time that means jute does not buy in right seasons (July-November).

  • Lack of honesty of top management.

  • Buying of low grade raw jute with comparing of jute batch.

  • Money not in hand in right time (Jute buying seasons).

  • Over employment of local labor in an industry.

  • Lack of qualify mechanical instrument supply.

  • Too much load shadings during production period.

  • Lack of over hauling system of the machineries.

  • Employment of unskilled labor.

  • Miss communication among officers, stuff, and labor.

  • Too much corruption in purchase and export department.

  • Lack of planning to increase production of the mills.

  • Uncontrolled CBA in an industry.

  • Political handling on the planning of industry.

  • Fixation of jute purchasing rate lately.

  • Stay behind from modern technology.

  • Political decision regarding this sector.

  • ETC

Above reasons can be found in most of the government industry also it can be found in some private mills. Any how to get target production management should take steps to remove all the problems.

Jute Goods | Eco-Friendly Products

All of we know that, this world becomes unsafe and unhealthy for different types of problems. But who is responsible for that, simple answer is that we (mankind). Day by day we are creating this worst situation. This earth becomes hot for our ignorance. In this modern time we use such kind of things which is not environment friendly. We are increasing the use of synthetic products which create different dangerous and harmful diseases to human body. We are not aware about our environment.

Natural products are safe for environment. In this view we can think about jute which is natural fiber. The product which is made from jute that is safe for us. Now I want to say why we use Jute products:

  1.  Jute fiber is a natural fiber.

  2.  Jute and its products are bio-degradable.

  3.  Jute product is eco friendly.

  4.  Jute products can be reuse.

  5.  It does not harmful for environment.

  6.  Jute product is easy to handle.

  7.  Jute product can be use in heavy purpose.

  8.  Decorative product can be made from jute.

  9.  With modern technology jute can be use with cotton to produce decorative wear.

Jute fiber is the raw materials. Jute fibers use to produce different types of product which is available in local and international market. Different jute goods manufacturers are trying to improve the quality of jute goods. Following jute goods are common in market.

  • C.B.C (Carpet Backing Cloth): This is one of the most valuable goods of jute. It uses as the carpet backing cloth. High graded raw jute use to produce it.

Jute goods can be produce in grey or dyed form. Also printed jute goods are available. Different types of jute goods are produce depending on buyer requirement.

If we use natural fiber instead of synthetic goods then day by day environment will improve. Not only this jute but also any types of natural fiber (Cotton, Hemp, Silk or others) product can be used.

Most important thing is that, if we use jute product it will effect in root level to upper level. Farmers who cultivate Jute they will inspire to cultivate more jute. Producers of jute goods will inspire. Jute and jute goods related business will spread out.

Jute Fiber || Natural Fiber for Environment Safety

Jute fiber, one of the most common natural fibers. Natural fiber means it completely grows naturally. For this reason it is completely safe to use. It is eco friendly. Anyhow jute is a cellulosic fiber but the portion of cellulose in its composition is less than cotton fiber. Hemi cellulose and lignin also present in its composition. For the presence of lignin and cellulose jute fiber is harder than others fiber. The chemical composition of jute fiber is as bellow:

Cellulose                                       : 64 to 65%

Hemi-Cellulose                               : 20 to 25%

Lignin                                          : 10 to 15%

Fat & Wax                                    : 0.3%

Water solution materials                  : 1.5%

Its root is harder than its body. It is difficult to produce yarn for its hardness. It makes soft by process before production. To remove this hardness emulsion is used. Then it becomes suitable for twisting. This emulsion is composed of J.B.O, Water and Emulsifier. The percentage by which emulsion is made that is given below:

Water                                       : 75.0 %

Jute Batching Oil (J.B.O)               : 24.5%

Emulsifier                                   : 0.5%

This composition is not universal it can be changed by the technician. After applying emulsion on jute it keeps in pile for some days. This time period is depend on the grade of jute.

Jute fiber is use to produce twine yarn, bag, sack, hessian, sacking, cvc, carpet yarn, etc. This product has international market demand. For this reason different county produce it to fulfill this demand.

We know that jute is composed of carbon, hydrogen & oxygen in its chemical composition. It has no component which is harmful for the environment. For that it does not pollute environment. Other hand jute fiber and its products are biodegradable. It takes only three to five months to decompose with soil. For this jute fiber is called friend of environment.

So, all of my friends let take steps to use natural jute products and keep this world out of  synthetic products.
