This is the Process flowchart of Jute Manufacturing Technology that is currently being used in Textile Jute Mills. Here is a little description of every process steps of this Jute yarn manufacturing flowchart.
Jute Selection: At first Jute is to be selected as per Batch Requirements. Suppose; you have to produce a high quality jute product; then you must have to use higher quality of Jute to produce. Jute is collected in raw form and then it is converted to a morah for using it in the manufacturing process conveniently.
Emulsion Plant & Softener: Emulsion plant is arranged to make this loose jute more soften and flexible. During processing jute in Softener Machine Emulsifier, Jute Batching Oil and sufficient water is used to make the jute fiber easily processed at the next step.
Piling: After processing jute in Softener and Spreader Machine Loose Jute and Roll Formed Jute is to be piled for conditioning. Conditioning make the jutes more soften and flexible.
Breaker Card: Piled Jute is set to Breaker Card for being carded. In this process the Breaker Card roll is produced. During this process jute is uniformed and all the adjacent dirt and dust is removed.
Finisher Card: After getting Jute in roll form from the Breaker Card Machine its the time to polish the roll in more uniform way at the Finisher Card machine. Here the final product is Finisher roll.
1st Drawing: Almost 12 breaker roll is fed in this machine to produce 1st drawn sliver. Sliver is more uniformed version of Jute roll and here drawing, individualizing is occurred.
2nd Drawing: 2nd Drawing machine produce more finer sliver than the first drawing.
3rd Drawing: 3rd drawing is also called as Finisher Drawing and here the main sliver is produced to manufacture jute yarn. This is a very important process of this whole flowchart diagram.
Jute Spinning Frame: Spinning frame is used to make Jute Yarn and there are two types Jute Yarn Manufacturing m/c is used in this flowchart process named as Slip Draft Spinning & Apron Draft Spinning.
Winding Machine: Winding machine is used to wound the Jute Yarn into various roll and cop form. Cop from Jute is used to put into the shuttle as weft yarn and Roll is used in Beam to serve as warp yarn.
