Why Fiber Mixing & Fiber Blending Is Done In Spinning Blowroom

You have already knew the difference between Mixing and Blending in spinning. But what is the benefits of Mixing & Blending? Well Mixing is done in spinning mill in order to reduce the cost of fibers. Suppose buyers have ordered a higher class cotton yarn from you. But if you spend all of high class cotton fibers to make that yarn; your overall price will be higher which might not be too much profitable. So, if you mix some other grade of fibers with the higher graded same fibers; then your overall cost will be lower and this its profitable in the sense of business. Now what is the benefits of Blending?  Well, blending is to mix several types of fibers with different grades in different versions. These days, we wear various trousers and sandal shirts where we see it is labeled as 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester. Here this is a blended fabric as Cotton & Polyester both have been used to make this cloth. You know, a fabric with 100% cotton might be too much costly and this is why some portion of Polyester is being used to make the price of this apparel reasonable.
