Jute Backed Carpet | Carpet Backing Cloth (CBC) Made By Jute

In this contemporary world the Jute has diversified uses. From the mattress to the Jute  handbags, from the Curtains to the Jute Backed Carpet; most of the type of decorative items is being produced by Jute. There is other trade terms used for Jute Backed Carpet is CBC which means Carpet Backing Cloth.
In the Jute Mills the CBC is a separate unit and it is differently made and the process is quite separate than Hessian and Traditional Jute Sacking bags.
Higher quality of Jutes and other raw materials are used to produce Jute backed Carpet. The main buyers of Jute backed carpets are Russia, Australia, Japan and some other countries of Middle East.
Most of the finished goods of CBC are in roll form as it is easier to back the carpet by the rolling jute fabrics. The jute backed carpet manufacturers import the CBC fabric from the countries like Bangladesh which are the largest Jute bags manufacturers of this world.
If you want to know about how Jute backed Carpet fabric is made and the whole process of it and the jute manufacturing; then this post is exactly what you wanted.
Firstly the batch is determined for accumulating the best quality of jute to process. All the Tossa Cut Jute is used in this CBC process. Most of the time traditional jute yarn count should be kept as 7.50
As the Carpets are soft and smooth; the fabric that would be used to back the carpet are usually becomes as soft and smooth as the carpets are. So, extraordinary cautions are taken while making such Carpet Backing Cloth.
There are several steps are strictly followed during making the jute backed carpet fabric. The Jute Spreader machines are run to make the Jute fiber  in roll form. Later the Jute Spreader Rolls are used in the Breaker Carding Machines where jute slivers are combed by the Worker Striper and Cylinder rollers. Then it is sent to the Drawing Section before make a finisher jute roll. At the drawing stages, the jute sliver is drawn by applying a required draft to make it as thin as it is useable in spinning frame. In the spinning department, jute sliver becomes the Jute yarn which is then sent to the Loom section to make Carpet backing Cloth. Carpet backing cloth is used in jute backed carpet.
This is the preliminary conception of Jute backed carpet and the carpet backing cloth. I will be writing more articles on these issues within very soon. So, please wait for my next article.
